Susan Pitchford advises clients in patent prosecution involving a broad range of technologies, including metal smelting, internet protocols, signal transmission, consumer products, and medical devices. Susan also has substantial litigation experience and has represented clients in trials in both state and federal courts, and at appeals to the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
Bryan Branon is an international dispute resolution practitioner whose career has focused on the intersection of alternative dispute resolution and public policy. Bryan was previously the Director of ADR Services for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Seattle, Washington and the International Liaison at the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) International Centre for Dispute Resolution where he helped launch the International Mediation Institute.
