OPLA’s Biennial Conference is special for many reasons. The size of the group is intimate in comparison to intellectual property law conferences held in large metropolitan areas by large sponsoring organizations. The location of the conference at Sunriver Resort near beautiful Bend, Oregon is difficult to match. Sunriver Resort is a first class, nationally acclaimed resort.
We leave Saturday afternoon open for participants to spend time vacationing. Bend is perfect for that because there are many places to engage in outdoor activities all within a short distance from the city; the city itself has a very lively and active culture. For example, nearby Mt. Bachelor boasts some of the best spring skiing in the U.S. See the linked visitor’s guide for more information on things to do in Sunriver and Bend, OR – Travel Guide.
Please contact the Sunriver Resort at (800) 547-3922 to book a hotel room or vacation rental, and be sure to mention “Oregon Patent Law Association” for a group discount if you stay at the Hotel. Reservations must be made by March 25, 2020, and we recommend making a reservation with the Resort as soon as possible, as the Hotel will likely be fully booked that weekend.
If you have questions, need assistance with registration, or are interested in sponsoring the Conference, please contact Linda Schroeder at email@example.com.
